Shipping and payment
Shipping
We ship via UPS with a special negotiated rate. Unlike conventional online stores we don't do tricky schemes to hide transportation costs. We rather be transparent and reflect the real cost of shipping for each specific order. Shipping costs are calculated on the platform depending on the country and number of bottles.
Though wine is sold first-come-first served basis, we don't offer next day deliveries, express shipments or last-minute anythings, unlike most online stores. Since all shipments are made directly from each winery, we work with a fixed schedule to allow the winery to concentrate on the winemaking and reduce the amount of time spent on logistics. The upcoming shipping period for each individual winery can be found at the bottom of their profile page. Each shipment is organised from only one winery so if you are interested in buying from more than one winery you will expect separated shipments and shipping costs.
Normally all orders ship within 30 days of being placed and arrive within two or three days depending on the destination. We do not ship during the summer months (June, July and August). Orders placed during these months are shipped in September, weather permitting.
All shipments are insured and will be replaced in the rare occurrence of damage or breakage.
We currently ship to France, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Keep in mind that not all of our wineries ship to all countries in this list. On the bottom of each winery profile you'll find the list of countries. If a winery you are interested in doesn’t ship to your country drop us a line ato let us know.
